When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 (last check-in at 22:00), and check-out is 10:00.
We may ask you to adjust your timing due to facility cleaning and maintenance. Thank you for your cooperation.
Can I leave my luggage at the ryokan before check-in?
Yes. Luggage can be checked at the front desk for guests who arrive before 15:00.
When is the front desk open?
From 8:00 to 22:00.
You may not be able to enter the ryokan outside of these times. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Are there special rates for children?
At our Ryokan, children aged 3 and over are treated as adult rates.
Children aged 0 to 2 years old can stay in the same bed (no futon required) free of charge. However, if you would like a Japanese-style futon set (90cm x 200cm) for your child between 0 and 2 years old, please make a reservation for the child as an adult.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
You can cancel for free up to 8 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation.
If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee(100% of the accommodation fee for the reservation period).
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, depending on room vacancy.
Are meals included?
Due to the sudden retirement of our head chef, we have decided to suspend our breakfast service from August 1st, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who are looking forward to breakfast and would appreciate your understanding.In addition, it is undecided at this stage about the reopening time of breakfast service.
What amenities are provided in guest rooms?
We provide the following items: toothbrush, hand towel, bath towel, razor, 2-in-1 shampoo, hair dryer, yukata (cotton robe), hot water pot.
What payment methods are available?
You may pay with cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express).
However, room booking websites may differ in the credit cards they allow. Please check with each website.
Is internet available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Are there private bathrooms?
Yes, all rooms have private bathrooms (some rooms only have shower booths).
On the 6th floor, we have public observation bath with a view of the Skytree or Sensoji Temple. Business hours are 16:00-23:00 and 7:00-9:00.
Will my room be cleaned during my stay?
Our hotel has cleaning hours from 10:00 to 15:00. Please note that we ask that you refrain from staying in your room during this time.
Are there convenience stores and other shops near the ryokan?
Yes. As it is located in the center of Asakusa, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants and other shops nearby.
