We would like to provide you with information regarding the invoice system that will start in October 2023.

Our hotel is a qualified invoice issuing business under the invoice system,
and is therefore able to issue invoices that comply with the invoice system.
However, overseas accommodation booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda
do not support Japanese qualified invoices and receipts.

In addition, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda,
if you have selected "prepayment" on an overseas accommodation booking website,
please note that we are unable to issue receipts at our facility..

For customers who require a receipt under the invoice system,
We recommend "on-site payment".
Also, please inform the front desk staff on the day of your stay,
we would appreciate it if you could ask the front desk staff for a receipt that complies with the invoice system.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
